What happens at the end of my trial?

We hope that you will sign up with Payaca. But if you’re worried about charges, then don’t worry. When you sign up for our free trial we do not take any credit card or bank details. Simply create an account with us and you will have full access to all our features for the duration of your trial. Once your trial period is up, you will lose access to Payaca until you pay for your first user.

Should I go monthly or yearly?

Paying for Payaca should be convenient for you, that’s why we offer yearly or monthly subscriptions. With our yearly plan, you save on two months’ worth of costs. That means if you were paying £54 a month with one user, after 12 months you would have paid £648.

With our yearly plan, for 12 months you would pay just £540. A yearly subscription is cheaper, but if a monthly payment suits you better, that’s available to you - plus you can change to a yearly subscription at any time.

How do I add users?

Adding users is simple. Once you have an active account, simply go to the “Users” page on the sidebar. From there, click on Create new and add new users as directed on the page. Payment is processed through the method you initially used to start your subscription.

Do I need a credit card to start my trial?

In short, no. You do not need to enter any payment details to start your free trial. Simply follow the steps provided to create a Payaca account and enjoy free access to all our features. At the end of your trial, if you want to continue with us, simply pick a payment plan and sign up with your first user.

What if I want to cancel?

We really hope that you never want to leave, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you want to cancel then just give us a call and we’ll end your subscription for you.

At the moment we like to say goodbye over the phone, as for us, it’s important that we understand what we could do better. Your feedback is very valuable to us, so let us know if there is ever anything we could improve.

Are there any sign up fees?

No hidden costs, no sign-up fees and a zero-cost free trial. At Payaca, one of our core values is transparency, that’s why all our prices are upfront and visible. We want you to try Payaca and see how good it is. That’s why we’ve made it as easy as possible to sign up and get cracking with all the great features we offer.

What is the custom plan?

For most businesses, our pro plan will cover all your job management and CRM needs. However, for those looking for a highly customised and specialist plan, built closely around your unique business, then the custom plan might be for you.

With a custom plan, you will receive highly specialised support and unique designs and updates, built especially for your needs. On this plan, you can expect customised features and tailored updates released for you.

As a premium subscription and due to the level of attention and customisation we provide, this service is charged at a significantly higher rate and is aimed at larger businesses. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in a custom plan.

How does our pricing work?

We understand that things can change very quickly in the service industry, so the ability to be adaptable to change, is essential for your CRM. That’s why we offer a flexible plan that fits your needs - so as you grow, we’re there to support you.

With that in mind, we have created a user-based plan with prices designed around your user needs. Our base price is set at £39 per month (£390 per year), with each additional user charged at £15 per person (£150 py). This means an initial subscription for one user would cost £54 (£540 py).

You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription, with a year's subscription priced at the equivalent of ten months’ payment. That means by paying for a year, you will save a minimum of £108.
