How much does Payaca cost?

The standard plan is Growth at £1,199/month, or £999/month billed annually. New install businesses may qualify for our Accelerator at £299/month for the first 12 months. Large operators and franchise networks run on custom Scale pricing.

Who qualifies for the Accelerator?

Install businesses with eight or fewer employees, incorporated within the last 24 months, and MCS-registered in solar, heat pump, or battery. We verify the company-level criteria using Companies House and the MCS register on your demo call.

What happens after the 12-month Accelerator?

Your account continues at standard Growth pricing (£1,199/month, or £999/month billed annually). We'll remind you 60 and 30 days before so there are no surprises.

Can I customise Payaca during the Accelerator?

Yes. You can adapt pipelines, doc templates, custom fields, and automations yourself in product. The Accelerator price reflects that you're self-serving the configuration. If you need us to map and reshape a custom workflow for you, that's what Growth's paid onboarding (£1,500) covers.

What's the difference between Accelerator support and Growth onboarding?

Accelerator includes two funded support sessions to get you live on our install workflow template. Growth's one-off £1,500 onboarding fee covers a hands-on setup: we map your existing workflow into Payaca, migrate your data, and train your team. The Accelerator deal exists because we're not doing that bespoke setup.

Are SMS messages included in the price?

No. SMS usage is billed separately at cost (4p per message in the UK), regardless of plan. We don't mark up SMS — you pay what we pay the carrier.

I'm already a Payaca customer. Does anything change?

Your existing plan and pricing continue as they are. We've removed the feature limits that previously applied to lower tiers, so you'll see additional capabilities in your account at no extra cost.

What if my team has more than 50 users?

Growth includes 25 users and scales up to 50 with £30/seat. Beyond 50 users we move you to Scale, which has custom pricing and adds enterprise features like custom integrations, support SLAs, and a dedicated industry-expert team.

Is there a free trial available?

We offer personalised demos rather than free trials, so you see exactly how Payaca works for your specific business. Book a demo and we'll walk you through everything.

What's included in Growth's paid onboarding?

Growth's onboarding is a one-off £1,500 fee that covers: dedicated workflow mapping to configure Payaca for your operation, full data migration from your existing systems, and personalised team training. Scale operations get custom onboarding designed for their specific setup.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct debit for UK businesses. Enterprise customers can arrange invoiced payments on agreed terms.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK businesses will be charged VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%) on their subscription.
